Rob Krieger

This May, Rob Krieger is graduating from UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism, where he is concentrating on long-form television and Internet video. Soon after completing his studies at Columbia University in New York City, Rob started his journalism career in radio, as an intern at NPR's Radio Lab. Since then, Rob has worked as an associate interactive producer at PBS's FRONTLINE/World, and produced and edited videos at The San Francisco Chronicle's award-winning video department. Earlier this year Rob won a 2008 Student Emmy for his piece on China’s growing car culture and its potential effect on climate change. Rob has covered stories ranging from independent media in Kosovo, to a California congressional profile, and with a continuing interest in ecological issues, Rob is currently developing an interactive website that focuses on local environmental communities.
